My last night in Paris I had made arrangement to perch high upon a roof top. I knew the shot I was looking for. But Mother Nature had a different plan. Storms surrounded me. About 30 minutes before sunset the rain began to subside and the clouds began to dissipate. The City of Lights was now before me in all of its glory!
