Refund Policy

At Trenton Lee Photography, each piece is custom produced specifically for your order. Due to the custom nature of fine art photography prints, all sales are final.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number, photographs of the damage, and photographs of the packaging.

Replacement requests will be reviewed promptly, and approved claims will be replaced at no additional cost.

Color appearance may vary slightly depending on monitor calibration and lighting conditions. Minor color variation is not considered a defect.

We are not responsible for incorrect addresses entered at checkout, delays caused by shipping carriers, or damage occurring after delivery.
